very nice helpful service

My delivery got delayed again

Used this company on numerous occasions and never had any issues.

Today, i received my order and one of the items was incorrect.

Customer service was quick to respond after I contacted them and were very helpful in resolving my issue. I don’t go anywhere else now and recommend the company to anyone looking for vapes.

I think that in this years chaos leading up to Chrustmas with the postal strikes leading to massive pressure on both retailers and non-deliverung couriers, Vape UK stand alone in their level of courtesy, prompt response and efficiency jn actively becoming involved in solving problems. None of the other companies I have had to deal with even came close. Either they did not respond or e mails at all, or re-directed me to some online road to nowhere service. Vape UK not only sell top class merchandise which they are knowledgeable about, they also deliver, under great pressure themselves, top class customer service.

Very good I put in an order and it came really fast with no issues especially how royal male and everything were going on strike they still managed to get it delivered really fast within 1 - 2 days this is one of the best experiences I have had

The people at Vape.Co.uk are incredibly knowledgable and very helpful. Willing to go above and beyond to solve issues and have a lot of helpful articles on the site to help people at all stages. They’re helpful, down to earth, no nonsense and really approachable. Their online chat service is always a human and they’ll always reply.

Having had some issues with late delivery lately, I got in touch with the team and they were very helpful and swift to sort out my issues. They even give me a couple of extra bottles of juice in my recent delivery as a good will gesture. Very pleased with the service, a great bunch of folks and very professional. I will continue to use them.

I love this site, they have someone you can chat too anytime on instant chat and they are willing to help no matter what, they will find links and up date your knowledge on anything you ask, I like the fact that they are UK based it make me feel confident that I will get the best service and I wont have to wait months for things to arive.

The prices are good. Delivery could be better.
I ordered a few items from another supplier on a Friday night and they were delivered on Sat.I ordered from Vape UK at the same time and my order will only be delivered on Wed (used express option)

Really impressed by the wide range of products on offer and all the helpful info, which you need sometimes in the world of vaping. Found what I was looking for and reasonably priced. Excellent delivery service arrived quickly and well packaged. Highly recommend.

Bought from this company many times and always had a speedy and correct delivery. Had an issue via another app, mostly my fault, but messaged them and spoke to Elliott. He was super polite and helpful. Delving through the order he and Darren found the issue and explained what has happened and gave prompt solutions.
Received emails from them both which were most helpful and rectified the issue. Great company and fab people.

After a lot of messing around with Yodel which took forever to find my house my package arrived! Meantime Vape were excellent, they even sent another order out to me to cover the order that took forever to arrive! A great company and would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks guys

Ordered for the first time last Thursday, everything went incredibly smoothly, any problems or questions theres someone there ready and waiting to help, Super friendly as well. They had an incredible variety of liquids to choose from. After the service iv received not only will I be a regular customer but il be recommending Vape.co.uk to everyone I know. Truly couldn't be any happier

Couple of suggestions
I've had a few orders now so some loyalty points would be good ( I order for my son)
Also the offer of 5 for £20 is almost no good because you then have pay for posting as the free postage doesn't start till £25

Also - lots of the products seem to be out of stock regularly

Great service, delivery, help on line, emails and product - my son will only use your site and products now :)
